The barbaric incident took place in the African nation of Niger. A terrorist attack in a village in southwestern Niger has killed at least 37 people. Among the dead were 14 children. There was a sudden attack while people were working in the fields. The attack was in front of a police recruiting center at Tilbury, a Nigerian village on the Mali border. More than 620 people have been killed this year in Burkina Faso and Mali, according to the World Human Rights Commission.
