Nayagarh,(Baghuabarta): Good news for Team India ahead of the upcoming Test series against England. Wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant has fully recovered from covid-19 and has joined the team. He will be available for the second practice match, which starts on July 28. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given this information. The BCCI shared a photo of Pant and wrote, “Hello Rishabh Pant. It’s great to have you back”. Despite the bio-bubble, the virus was positively detected in him on July 8, according to the report. He was then isolated. The BCCI’s medical team regularly monitored his condition. The UK quarantine law expired last Sunday. Pant lived in the home of one of his relatives. There he was detected positive for Covid-19. He was diagnosed with Delta 3 variant after visiting a dentist. BCCI editor Jay Shah then wrote a letter advising the team to stay away from crowded places. Notably, the first match of the Test series between India and England will start on August 4. It will then be played at Lord’s, Connington Oval, Handigale and Old Truffle.
